Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Anokion is a privately held biopharmaceutical company developing novel tolerance-inducing therapeutics for autoimmune diseases.

Summary of Position

We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant who will support our controller in our office at EPFL Innovation Park.

Job Responsibilities

  • Continuous and consistent performance of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, printing, ordering supplies, making photocopies, scanning of documents, etc.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Coordinate with accountant including the scanning and mailing of documents.
  • Prepare Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint slide presentations as requested.
  • Assist in planning and execution of company-wide events.
  • Act as a liaison with other groups within the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with complete confidentiality
  • Demonstrate ownership and execution of primary responsibilities, anticipate needs and solve issues quickly/effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ownership mindset for projects and ability to follow-up and see projects through to completion
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be fluent in English and French
